James Durbin had a rockin’ New Year’s Eve of his own – the “American Idol” season 10 finalist got married on Saturday.
The rocker, 22, and his longtime girlfriend, Heidi Lowe, tied the knot on New Year’s Eve, according to People.
“We are so in love and happy that we got to share our special day with our closest family and friends,” the couple told the mag. “This wedding was the perfect way to kick off the New Year. We are looking forward to living happily ever after.”
The pair wed in front of 85 guests in a chapel near a redwood forest in the Santa Cruz Mountains, according to the mag.
Among the wedding guests were fellow “Idol” alums Haley Reinhart, Stefano Langone and Casey Abrams.
James and Heidi’s 2-year-old son, Hunter, served as ring bearer for the joyous occasion.
The newlyweds rang in the New Year with a community hall reception that they described as a “little bit country, little bit rock ‘n roll,” People reported.
