Anne Hathaway’s Diaries Confiscated By FBI

Anne Hathaway, star of Disney’s “Princess Diaries,” is not having a fairytale of a time when it comes to her ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri.

The FBI has confiscated the actress’ personal journals, New York’s Daily News’ Rush & Molloy reported.

Follieri is currently under investigation for fraud and money laundering.

Former FBI agent William Daly, who is not involved in the case, said this doesn’t necessarily implicate Hathaway.

“This diary may provide [a] peek into day-to-day activities — where they were, people they met,” he told Access. “Even if it doesn’t directly comment on his scams, it may give investigators more leads.”

The FBI also seized pictures of the couple, as well as photos of Follieri with the Clintons, the McCains and Pope John Paul II from Follieri’s $37,000-a-month Trump Towers New York City home.

But was the “Get Smart” star part of a sting operation?

Sources claimed in the New York’s Daily News that Hathaway lured Follieri back from Europe to “resolve their future.” A few days later he was arrested.

Hathaway’s rep had no comment.

“We don’t know for sure whether she lured him back, whether she was part of sting op,” Daly told Access. “It appears as though she knew about the investigation, enough that either in concert with authorities or on her own she wanted to have this resolved.”
