Avril Lavigne and her Nickelback rocker, Chad Kroeger, have tied the knot.
Sources told People and E! News that the Canadian couple wed on Canada Day (Monday, July 1).
The pair actually tied the knot not in their native Canada, but in the South of France, according to People.

Around 50 of the pair’s nearest and dearest attended their nuptials, held at Chateau de la Napoule – a castle in Mandelieu, France per E News.
Guests dined on a variety of gourmet foods, including lobster, sea bass and beef, the website reported.

It was a late night for the couple and their guests. The wedding continued into the wee hours, with midnight fireworks and a DJ who spun tunes behind the decks until 6 AM.
“It was certainly a rock and roll wedding,” a source told E! News. “They’ve been partying for the past four days straight with a final wedding party brunch today before they go off on their honeymoon.”
