Baldwin Brothers Photo Lawsuit Settled

RIVERHEAD, N.Y. (December 18, 2006) — The mother of the four Baldwin brothers has settled an old lawsuit with a photographer.

Carol Baldwin says she and the photog are “friends again” and they “even exchanged phone numbers.”

James Edstrom had sued asking for 100-thousand dollars in damages. He had said the Baldwin family backed out of a planned picture in 1997 of the four brothers: Alec, Daniel, Stephen and William.

It was to be payback for work Edstrom did in organizing a fundraiser for the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Care Center.

Now, just as the trial had gotten underway, the case has been settled. Details of the settlement are not being released.

The photographer says he and the Baldwins’ mom “kissed and made up.”
