‘Biggest Loser’s’ Jillian Michaels Gives Update On Adoption Progress & Reveals Bikini Shoot Embarrassment: ‘I’m Actually A Prude’!

Jillian Michaels visited Access Hollywood Live back in February, where she revealed she’d be leaving her hit NBC show, “The Biggest Loser,” to focus on her longtime dream of adopting a child, and the tough-talking taskmaster returned to our show on Wednesday to dish on her latest exciting adoption news.

“I’m making huge progress — I’m actually so excited,” Jillian told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover. “The government shut down almost [and] all I could think about was my 600A [immigration adoption] form! I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’ve developed an eye twitch!’

“I called my business partner and was like, ‘My eye is spontaneously twitching,’” she continued. “But then, fortunately, I just got my immigration paper. So now I’m this much closer and all the paperwork is done. It just needs to go to the various embassies — it’s a godsend.”

Now that Jillian has overcome her immigration form challenges, she’s hoping to complete the adoption process within the next year – but the remaining proceedings can still be extremely time-consuming.

“Hopefully, I’d love to see it be done in six [months] because then I need to get on a list, and then when you’re on the list, you’ve got to wait for your referral,” Jillian explained. “Then when you get your referral, you’ve got to wait for the countries to process your ability to bring your child home.

“But it was to the point where the paperwork had taken 10 months,” she continued. “I was about ready to shove my head into a brick wall, and so now, I’m just so excited.”

Additionally — although she boasts arguably one of the best bodies on television — the lean, mean, training machine admitted she still gets horribly nervous about showing off her hard-earned figure.

“Make it stop! Oh God — it’s awful!” she squealed, as Billy and Kit showed clips of the sexy siren in a bikini at a photo shoot for Shape magazine. “I could die! I get so uncomfortable. I’m actually a prude.

“They wanted me to do that in a bikini and I didn’t want to, “ she added. “Got sort of pushed into it. I’m really shy sometimes about stuff like that.”
