Brandy’s ‘Dancing’ Blog, #5 – Brandy Answers Your Questions Again

This week I’m happy to answer questions from Maria, Debbie, Kathlyn, Takina and Veronica. Thank you guys so much for sending your questions. I hope you enjoyed this week’s performance and will support us next week as Maks and I dance the Rumba.

Maria Capello: Did she think she was going to do as well as she has done? I hope she wins!

Maria, I’ve always been taught to do my very best. Since this is my first time learning to ballroom dance, it is very different. It is a lot of hard work, requires a lot of concentration, and it is tedious; therefore I must wake up each morning praying, thinking and preparing to do well. Once the rehearsals are over and it’s show time, I believe I will do my very best and enjoy each moment. Thank you so much for your support, I hope Maks and I win too. Keep supporting!!!! I must admit that this week my legs are killing me. But as we all know, there is no time to complain. You either dance or you go home!

Debbie Hammond: Is Maks as gorgeous in person as he is on TV? Seriously!

Maks is very handsome. He is very serious when it comes to his profession and sometimes you forgot how handsome he is. I have enjoyed working with Maks and will definitely be a better dancer because of him.

Kathlyn Ferdinand: Does Brandy want anymore kids?

Kathlyn, Yes, Yes, Yes, I want more kids. My daughter Sy’rai (8 years old) and I have a great relationship. I would love to find the love of my life, settle down, and maybe have two or three more children. Family is so important to me and I would love to have a big family.

Takina Parrish: Hi Brandy. My fam is from Mississippi. I just wanted to know if your grandfather or maybe an uncle was a teacher? My sister had an elementary school teacher named Mr. Norwood. BTW ILY!

Takina, ILY too!!! I was born in McComb, Mississippi. My family and I moved to California when I was four. I love the south. As far as I know, I don’t have a relative who was a school teacher in Mississippi. But, maybe! I have many relatives I haven’t met and one could possibly have been a teacher.
