Honestly, we’re drawn to Britney Spears’ new “Pretty Girls” music video like bees to tha honey!
The princess of pop released the ridiculously fun video for her song with Iggy Azalea on Wednesday, and Britney looks the most energetic and happy we’ve seen her in a few years.
The ’80s-themed clip shows Brit and Iggy rocking crimped hair, acid-washed denim, animal prints, crop tops, big shades, giant car phones and lots of fluorescent colors.
Oh, and Iggy – who co-directed the video with Cameron Buddy – plays an alien who drops into Brit’s pool via asteroid.
The video’s crowning moment comes at 2:08 when the girls take a break from the song for a bit of Valley girl talk with two girlfriends. Iggy’s alien-Valley girl accent is truly something to behold.
