Chef Big Shake’s Mouth-Watering Shrimp Recipes (Access Hollywood Live)

Chef Shawn Davis’ shrimp burger business idea was rejected by ABC’s “Shark Tank” crew. But since Shawn’s appearance on the show, his original shrimp burger business has skyrocketed into a multi-million dollar venture.

Shawn, also known as Chef Big Shake, stopped by Access Hollywood Live to share his recipes for mouth-watering shrimp dishes!

Southwest Shrimp Burger Wrap

  • 1 TBSP Diced Jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Spinach
  • 3 TBSP Corn
  • 2 oz Chopped Shrimp Burger
  • 1 TBSP Diced Red Onion
  • 3 TBSP Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 TBSP Ranch Dressing

Start with freshest tortillas you can find (use white, wheat, spinach or sundried tomato flavor). Add cooked Shrimp Burger, jalapenos, spinach, corn, tomatoes and onion. Lightly drizzle ranch dressing on wrap (to taste), fold and enjoy!

Greek Shrimp Burger Wrap

  • 2 TBSP Diced Cucumbers
  • 2 TBSP Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 TBSP Diced Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Greens
  • 2 TBSP Feta Cheese
  • 2 oz Chopped Shrimp Burger
  • Red Wine Vinaigrette or Tzatziki Sauce (add to taste)

Start with freshest tortillas you can find (use white, wheat, spinach or sundried tomato flavor). Add cooked Shrimp Burger, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, mixed greens and cheese. Lightly drizzle vinaigrette dressing or Tzatziki on wrap (to taste), fold and enjoy!

All American Shrimp Burger Wrap

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 2 oz Chopped Shrimp Burger
  • BBQ Sauce Optional (add to taste)

Start with freshest tortillas you can find (use white, wheat, spinach or sundried tomato flavor). Add cooked Shrimp Burger, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and cheese. Lightly drizzle BBQ sauce (to taste), fold and enjoy!
