Chris Colfer is not leaving “Glee.”
The actor’s Twitter account was hacked, leading to the false rumors, according to the studio behind the show.
“We’ve been alerted that Chris Colfer’s Twitter account has been hacked,” read a statement to Access Hollywood from 20th Century Fox TV.

“Rumors of his dismissal from ‘Glee’ could not be further from the truth. We love Chris and look forward to working with him again this season,” the statement concluded.
On Thursday, the message on Chris’ Twitter account that sparked the “Glee” panic read, “Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly…”
