Chris
Pratt may have just revealed the secret to his success.
The
36-year-old rocketed to Hollywood’s A-list after starring in blockbusters like
“Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Jurassic World,” but
reminded fans in a new Instagram post that his fame was far from overnight.
Likely
exhausted after being up for “over 77 hours,” Chris reflected upon
the “joy and gratitude” he has for getting to “do what I
love,” which he added “doesn’t feel like work.”

Citing
his unflinching persistence and enthusiasm, Chris said he wanted to encourage
“anyone chasing their dreams” to stay focused – especially through
the struggle.
“Fifteen years ago I felt the same passion I feel today,
but I had very little opportunity. I had to hustle hard and go hungry. I had to
eat sardines and figure out how to get gas money,” he wrote, captioning a
photo of a highway overpass taken from a car’s passenger seat.

Chris explained that he had just wrapped a long shooting day
for his upcoming film “Passengers,” and a table read for the
“Guardians” sequel before that.
Even though it was the middle of the night and he was heading
back “in about eight hours to do more,” the actor said he’s
“having fun” with his hectic schedule because it’s something he
always envisioned.
“I never had a plan B. I never stopped believing. Ever.
Don’t give up. Apply constant pressure for as long as it takes. It will break
before you do. Go get it,” he continued.
Also praising the “Passengers” crew as “total
rock stars,” Chris said he’s excited to show fans the results of his efforts.
