Christie Brinkley's supermodel good looks are frozen in time.
What's the secret to the ageless beauty's fountain of youth?
"A lot of the fact that I'm getting compliments for I'm 61, but I look younger is that I'm sitting here right now under flattering light, professional hair, makeup [and] professional lighting," the blonde bombshell – who also observes a vegan diet and active lifestyle – told Access Hollywood.
Fellow model Cindy Crawford – whose beauty also stands the test of time – recently made headlines when allegedly un-retouched photos of the star were leaked.
"There's nothing wrong with that picture except for the fact that that's not what she looks like," Christie said upon being shown the photograph of Cindy. "I saw Cindy Crawford naked. It wasn't even a year ago. We shared a dressing room and I turned to get something and she was dressing and she was perfect. I mean, the girl was flawless, perfect."
The "Uptown Girl" recently posed for a photo shoot of her own as part of a campaign for Barney's New York with other timeless beauties Brooke Shields, Stephanie Seymour, Veronica Webb and Elaine Irwin. Photographer Bruce Weber snapped the women frolicking with younger men.
"I really love the message. It's called the Better Than Ever campaign and it's saying to women with more experience that you're relevant. We care about you. You don't have a shelf life. You're not gonna become invisible, ignored. It's inclusive. It's expanding beauty," she explained to Access. "America's a very ageist country. I think that a lot of women have grown up with a lot of ideas about what the rules are for aging and that they used to have very strict laws."
The model is sharing her anti-aging remedy with fans. Christie Brinkley's Authentic Skincare line launches March 5 on HSN.
