(September 27, 2006) — A lethal combination of methadone, Zoloft, and Lexapro is what killed Daniel Smith, Cyril Wecht has just revealed to PEOPLE magazine exclusively. He said the drugs caused the cardiac dysrhythmia that led to his death. Wecht got the results from National Medical Services in Willow Grove, PA today.
