David & Victoria Beckham Welcome Baby Girl; Becks Reveals Name On Facebook

Victoria and David Beckham are proud parents to their first baby girl, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

“David and Victoria Beckham are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter,” Beckham family spokesperson Jo Milloy said in a statement to Access on Sunday. “Happy and healthy, she arrived at 7:55 AM this morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and weighed 7lbs., 10oz.

“Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family,” the statement continued, referring to the couple’s three sons.

Later in the day on Sunday, Becks hit up his Facebook page to reveal the new bundle of joy’s name.

“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham,” David announced, also giving an update on his wife and the rest of the brood. “Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister.”

Victoria and David have three boys — Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.

It was back in March that an excited David confirmed to reporters at an event for his team, the LA Galaxy, that the pair was expecting a daughter.

“Obviously, we’re very lucky to be expecting again, and this is the first time I’m going to say it — it’s a little girl,” David said at the LA Galaxy’s annual fan luncheon in ESPN Zone at L.A Live, ESPN reported at the time.

“We’re still in shock. Obviously, having three boys, you kind of expect another one, so finding out a little girl is in there is surprising, but, obviously, we are over the moon,” he added. “Our three boys are happy and excited.”
