Will Julia Roberts guest star on “Glee”? We ask the Pretty Woman herself.

And what should you watch on TV tonight? The Dish rounds up the reality TV offerings premiering tonight.

No “Glee” for Julia
Well, I guess it was just wishful thinking. Julia Roberts has now revealed to Access that she won’t be showing up on FOX’s “Glee” anytime soon. Cast members from the show, including Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and Cory Monteith, filled us in on how Julia approached their table at the Golden Globes to rave about her love for the show and suggest she come on as a friend of Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch). It all sounded perfect since Julia had recently wrapped production on the film version of the best selling book “Eat, Pray, Love,” directed by “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy. But when asked by our own Maria Menounous, while promoting her new film, “Valentine’s Day,” whether she would actually do the show, Julia chuckled and told her, “No. I was just sucking up because I thought that they might win and they did so I made the right decision.” The one thing stopping Julia from doing the show may not be her A-list status or busy schedule, but more likely, her vocal prowess. “Ryan is my very good friend and, you know, he knows I can’t sing so he’s, you know, teasing me,” she told us. “But they’re all so great and that show is so spectacular… He’s done a remarkable thing with it.”

Reality Premieres
Tonight is the series premiere of several new reality shows. NFL player Michael Vick attempts to try and salvage his damaged reputation in his BET show “The Michael Vick Project” (10 PM, BET). Vick spent 18 months in prison for his involvement in an illegal dog fighting ring, which was exposed in 2007. The 10 episode docu-series follows Vick as he attempts to rehabilitate his reputation, his life, career and family relationships. In the first episode, which airs tonight, Vick goes back to the place where the dog fights were held.

The woman who tortured Lauren Conrad on “The Hills” and Whitney Port on “The City” gets her own reality show where she, of course, tortures her staff. Kelly Cutrone, owner of the PR firm “People’s Revolution,” enters the reality fold with “Kell on Earth,” beginning tonight on Bravo at 10 PM. “There is a lot, a lot of drama that happens,” Kelly told me while promoting the show at NBC’s Television Critics Association press day. “It’s ‘Sex and The City’ on steroids with a little ‘Survivor’ really,” she mused. Kelly said the show would focus on her business life as well as her personal life, which includes raising her 7-year-old daughter. “I think you can see the frustration of me being a single mom and taking my daughter to school for the first time in the middle of fashion week.” One thing she didn’t expect from the show was to learn just what her employees were up to when she wasn’t around. “So sometimes when I’m watching the show, now I’m like, ‘Oh my God! Somebody offered one of my assistants an Adavan! Like, this is not OK!’ It’s an interesting human resources tool to be able to go back and look at the show and I can see who is behaving and who is not.” And Kelly said yes, heads did roll. “Yeah, people get fired. Definitely.”

RuPaul returns with the second season of his reality offering, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” on the LOGO network at 9 PM tonight. The show sets out to find America’s next drag superstar. At a launch party last week for the show RuPaul told us exactly what it takes to be drag superstar. “The key to being a great drag queen is charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent,” RuPaul explained. RuPaul said that Season 2’s contestants are coming out swinging too! “[With] the second season kids, there really is not a lot of diplomacy going on. They have come to fight and win!”

Who Do You Think You Are?
Heading to NBC this March is a show tracing the genealogy of some high profile celebrities and newsmakers. The show is executive produced by former “Friends” star Lisa Kudrow. Sarah Jessica Parker, Susan Sarandon and Brooke Shields are just a few of the stars who agreed to let NBC research their family trees. We spoke to Brooke last week about this new project and she said it impresses. “Let’s just say I’m pretty fancy. My genealogy is pretty fancy.” Brooke said the experience changed her life. “It’s just life changing to discover why you are the way you are and what generated that. There are things that are just sort of unexplained that you just sort of think, ‘God, why have I always liked that?’ and then you find it’s in your past, your history, your genes.”

“Parks and Recreation” Picked Up
It’s interesting what constitutes a marginal hit these days on NBC. Despite only garnering about 5.1 million viewers during its Thursday at 8:30 PM time slot, the network has given ratings-challenged comedy “Parks and Recreation” a reprieve, granting it a third season. NBC said the early pickup was to lock in all the actors to a production schedule. Of course, let’s compare those 5.1 million viewers to the almost 18 million “Friends” pulled in, in 1995 when it first premiered on Thursday nights at 8:30 PM. “Parks and Recreation” does seem to have somewhat of a cult following, and from what I’m told, it has gotten funnier since the pilot. I haven’t tuned in for a while, but I will soon. Especially in order to see “Saturday Night Live” funnyman Andy Samberg who will guest star in an upcoming episode this season. Let’s hope he brings along one of his digital shorts (and Justin Timberlake,for that matter!)

“Tough Love 2” Romance Report
Last night was the Season 2 finale of VH-1’s relationship boot camp show, “Tough Love.” The nine women in host Steve Ward’s boot camp were given the task of either giving a promise ring to the guys they had been dating on the show, or sending them packing. Only one of the girls sent her guy on his merry way, while the rest kept their men around. One girl — Liz — even said an “I Love You” to her main squeeze, Dave. However, just as most dating reality shows lead to whirlwind romances that fizzle once the cameras stop rolling (yes, “The Bachelor,” I’m talking about you), so too did most of these love affairs. Just one couple of the nine is still dating. Check out what happened to the women’s romances post-show HERE and see which couple actually stayed together.
