“True Blood” and “Mildred Pierce” star Evan Rachel Wood has opened up about her sexuality.
When asked by Esquire Magazine if she dates women, the 23-year-old actress proudly said, “Yes.”
Earlier in the new interview she dropped hints, speaking openly about playing with gender roles.
“I grew up in love with David Bowie,” she explained. “So I was always into very androgynous things. Guys, girls… I’m into androgyny in general.”
When it comes to dating a woman, the actress said she likes to take on masculine attributes.
“Yeah, I’m more kind of like the guy when it comes to girls. I’m the dominant one,” she continued. “I’m opening the doors, I’m buying dinner. Yeah, I’m romantic.”
Evan Rachel, who has previously dated Marilyn Manson and actor Jamie Bell, told the mag she’s keeping her dating options open.
“I’m up for anything,” she added. “Meet a nice guy, meet a nice girl.”
