“General Hospital” is getting a new resident.
Jeffrey Vincent Parise is heading to Port Charles as a new character named Carlos, Access Hollywood can exclusively reveal.
Carlos is a man from Sabrina’s (Teresa Castillo) past, who shows up in town just as things are going so well for the nurse and her boyfriend, Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson).

Move over Britt! Carlos will shake up Port Charles and become a new threat to the couple’s blossoming romance.
His ties extend beyond his connection to Sabrina and into the murky waters of the Port Charles underworld, Access can reveal.

Jeffrey will make his “General Hospital” debut in mid-to-late September.
He just began filming his first scenes on Tuesday.
He previously appeared on “Days of Our lives” in 2007, and has appeared on ABC primetime drama “Castle.”
