Is George Clooney finally ready to say “I do” for a second time?

According to a report by People magazine, Clooney is engaged!

Clooney recently popped the question to Amal Alamuddin, a British attorney, a source reportedly told the mag.

“George and Amal are trying to keep things very low-key but they also aren’t really trying to hide this, it doesn’t seem. I think it’s like they want the people they love to know that this is real, that they plan on being together forever.”

There was no word on exactly when the proposal happened, however, the source reportedly said it was “not that long ago.”

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for the actor said he does not comment on his client’s personal life.

Earlier this week, Clooney, 52, and Alamuddin, 36, dined out at various LA hot spots, on Wednesday and Thursday, and was seen sporting a ring on her left ring finger on both occasions, according to People.

This would be the second marriage for Clooney, who was married to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 – 1993.

Rumors of Clooney and Alamuddin as an item first started to spread back in October. However, at the time, a source had said the two were simply working together on a Sudan satellite project.

Clooney split from Stacy Keibler in July 2013, after two years of dating.
