I always love Gwyneth Paltrow’s chic style sense and she’s been racking up frequent flyer miles this week showing off one fabulous designer outfit after another. Lucky girl!
At the premiere of her new film ‘Contagion’ at the Venice Film Festival, she wowed in a blush color drop waist Prada gown with organza bow detail, peep-toe Prada platforms and diamond Bulgari earrings. Bella! Bella!
Gwyneth also brought a double dose of bright color. For a ‘Contagion’ photo call in Venice, she rocked a belted tangerine Prada mini-dress with gathered sleeves, which she paired with Nicholas Kirkwood laser-cut peep-toe pumps. She also shined in London, wearing a Lanvin bright citrus liquid jersey draped cocktail dress from the Summer 2012 Pre-Collection to attend a dinner hosted in her honor by Coach. She accessorized with a gorgeous snakeskin Coach clutch and red booties, which several blogs questioned as being a good fit with the orange dress.
I think Gwyneth can pull off just about anything and I liked the booties paired with the adorable sixties inspired hound’s-tooth coat she arrived in for the party. Talk about swinging London.

I recently told you about a Baby/Celebrity Look-Alikes contest I was honored to help judge for NYC mom Ilana Wiles’ fun blog, www.mommyshorts.com. There were more than 150 kids vying for the top spot and here’s who came out on top. The second runner up is baby Jake who is a dead ringer for Alfalfa…crazy hair and all. First runner up is Porter, a John Candy look-alike and the winner is… drum roll please… baby Sammy who resembles ‘Ghostbusters’’ Stay Puft Marshmallow Man!
