‘Glee’s’ Lea Michele Singing ‘America The Beautiful’ At Super Bowl

Christina Aguilera won’t be the only singing sensation belting it out at the Super Bowl!

Access Hollywood has confirmed that “Glee” star Lea Michele will also be performing before the big game. The actress will sing “America the Beautiful” prior to the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers hitting the field for Super Bowl XLV.

Past performers of “America the Beautiful” include Alicia Keys, Faith Hill and Queen Latifah in 2010

In addition to Lea and Christina – who is singing the national anthem – The Black Eyed Peas will perform at halftime of this year’s game.

Super Bowl Sunday will be a big night for the small screen star. Following the game, a Michael Jackson-themed “Glee” episode, which includes a larger-than-life rendition of “Thriller” performed on a football field, will air.

Earlier this month, Golden Globe winner Chris Colfer – who plays Kurt Hummel on the hit FOX series – told Access the “Thriller” performance moved him.

“I got to watch it and it was amazing,” Chris said. “It was so cool it almost put me in tears. It was that cool!”
