‘Growing Pains’ Star Andrew Koenig Reportedly Sighted Near Vancouver

As the search for missing “Growing Pains” star Andrew Koenig continues, reports of sightings of the missing actor have been flooding Vancouver police stations.

According to TMZ, Vancouver area police have received numerous reports of Koenig sightings near Canada’s Vancouver Island and also reports of seeing the actor – who has been reported missing since Valentine’s Day – on islands closer to the city.

Authorities said they are still searching “for a living person.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Koenig’s former co-star, Kirk Cameron, spoke out about the missing actor on Monday.

“I am very concerned to hear of the disappearance of my old friend Andrew Koenig,” Cameron said in a statement to Access Hollywood. “Although I have not had contact with him for many years, I can remember many of the fun times we had on the set of ‘Growing Pains.’”

Cameron, who played Mike Seaver on the popular ‘80s series (Koenig played his best friend Richard “Boner” Stabone), said he was hopeful authorities would find Koenig, who was last seen over a week ago.

“I am praying for his family during this time of distress and for his safe return,” Cameron’s statement continued. “Andrew, if you’re reading this, please call me. Mike and Boner could always work things out when they put their minds to it. I’m praying for you, pal. Hope to hear from you soon.”
