“Pitch Perfect 2” is getting some Oscar-nominated star power with the addition of Hailee Steinfeld.
The 17-year-old will join Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson and Brittany Snow in the Elizabeth Banks-directed sequel, according to Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.
Elizabeth took to Twitter to congratulate the actress.

Hailee, who nabbed an Oscar nom for 2010’s “True Grit,” has a slew of projects set to bow, including “Barely Lethal” with Jessica Alba, Sophie Turner and Samuel L. Jackson and “Begin Again” with Mark Ruffalo, Adam Levine and Keira Knightley.
“Pitch Perfect 2” is slated to sing its way into theaters on May 15, 2015.
