Harrison Ford Suffers Ankle Injury On ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ Set

Did Greedo’s offspring get their revenge? Or maybe Boba Fett got in a good shot! Maybe Chewie slacking in the sidekick department – because Harrison Ford has been injured on the set of “Star Wars: Episode VII.”

“Harrison Ford sustained an ankle injury during filming today on the set of ‘Star Wars: Episode VII,’” Disney/Lucasfilm said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Thursday.
Despite the 71-year-old actor’s injury, filming on the highly anticipated film will not be stopped.

“He was taken to a local hospital and is receiving care. Shooting will continue as planned while he recuperates,” the statement about the actor who is reprising his Han Solo role continued.
