Healthy Hollywood: Get Movin’ Monday – Andrew Lincoln’s Workout!

“The Walking Dead’s” Andrew Lincoln is one of those lucky guys who is naturally fit.

Unlike some male celebs that spend countless hours in the gym trying to chisel their abs to six-pack perfection, Andrew admits he hates working out. Get this: he doesn’t even have a trainer – now that’s very un-Hollywood of him.

“The whole vanity aspect of building up different muscles – I have no interest,” he reveals in the October issue of Men’s Health magazine, adding, “I’m probably talking to the wrong magazine, but this six-pack phenomenon in acting, I just don’t subscribe to it.”

Luckily, AMC’s Walking Dead provides plenty of action. After all, Andrew’s character is defending the world against zombies! So, he’s often on the go – sprinting and fighting.

“The day before we’d been outdoors all day. It was 90 to 95, and the humidity was up. So I don’t need a trainer to keep me fit, “ he reveals to Men’s Health.

But, the British-born actor does like to run. He ran a marathon with his mom and does like to run short distances. “Of course I want to be in good shape and be fit, be I want to have stamina.”
