Inside Shaun Robinson’s Essence Magazine Book Club Party

Fans of Access Hollywood are used to seeing our own Shaun Robinson on our stage and out in the field.

But Essence magazine caught up with Shaun at home for a special feature on how to entertain in true Hollywood style.

In the article titled “Shaun Robinson’s Book Club Party,” Shaun chronicles a day spent with friends, food and a good book – “Cion,” the month’s Essence Book Club pick.

The issue, which hits newsstands today, shows off Shaun’s culinary side.

“We had the barbequed shrimp with grits? we have a little lemon spritzer?,” Shaun smiled.

The rest of the day’s menu included an appetizer tray featuring crudités, hummus, nuts, olives and cheese; a California Super Greens Salad; Red Velvet Cupcakes and a Sparkling Ginger Zinfandel.
