Jamie Foxx Rescues Man From Burning Truck

Have no fear, Jamie Foxx is here!

Access Hollywood has learned that the
Oscar winner was involved with the rescue of a man from a burning car on
Monday night.

According to a CHP report, Brett Kyle
was driving in Hidden Valley – just north of Los Angeles – on Monday night when
his car went into a drainage ditch, hit a pipe and concrete casing and then
rolled multiple times. The truck became engulfed in flames and two witnesses to
the accident – one of which was the actor – ran to help.

According to the report, one witness broke
the truck’s window with a tool allowing them to free Kyle from car.

Kyle was then transported to a local
area hospital for his injuries and was arrested for allegedly driving under the
influence of alcohol.

Per CHP, the collision is still under
investigation.

Foxx has yet to comment on the
incident.
