Despite the sparkling rock spotted on Britney Spears’ ring finger and plenty of engagement rumors flying around, boyfriend Jason Trawick says there is no engagement.
On Friday morning, Jason told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush that he and Britney are not engaged.
The pop star was seen in London on Thursday wearing an impressive sparkler on her left ring finger. Britney has been sporting what appears to be the same ring throughout 2011, including recently at the 2011 MTV VMAs.
Engagement rumors began swirling earlier this month when Jason was spotted meeting with famed jeweler Pascal Mouaward.
A rep for Britney released a statement at the time clearing up the earlier rumor saying, “There is no truth to that report with regards to engagement rings. However, Jason was there to discuss other matters with Pascal, but nothing relating to him personally.”
