Joe Jonas OK With Being The Subject Of A Taylor Swift Song

Being the subject of a Taylor Swift song is practically a badge of honor at this point and something Joe Jonas is OK with.

The singer and “I Can Do That” star stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Thursday, where Billy Bush and Kit Hoover asked the middle JoBro how he feels being the subject of Taylor’s 2009 song, “Forever & Always.”

“That’s part of being a musician, I guess. You write songs about each other,” Joe said of Taylor, who he dated in 2008.

Despite dating and their subsequent breakup, Joe said he and Taylor are on good terms.

“She’s great. Yeah, we’re friends,” he said.

Adding, “In this industry you meet a lot of people and you stay in touch. Obviously, it’s tough to be friends with people that are always constantly traveling, but yeah, we’re cool.”

When asked about rumors that he is now dating recently single model Gigi Hadid, the 25-year-old played it cool.

“I’m a single man,” he told Billy and Kit.

Kit pressed, suggesting that he was “young and in love” and showed the singer photos of him with Gigi, but Joe wouldn’t take the bait.

“You’re putting words in my mouth, huh?… Do you want me to jump up and down on the couch?” Joe said, referring to Tom Cruise’s infamous Oprah moment when he declared his love for Katie Holmes.
