Justin Timberlake To Star With Cameron Diaz In ‘Bad Teacher’

Justin Timberlake has landed the male lead role in “Bad Teacher” with ex-girlfriend and “Shrek” co-star Cameron Diaz, Access Hollywood has learned.

The movie follows the story of a foul-mouthed, gold-digging junior high school teacher (Cameron) who goes after a colleague’s boyfriend (Justin) after being dumped.

Funny lady Molly Shannon and “Modern Family’s” Eric Stonestreet are also joining the Jake Kasdan-directed comedy, which also stars Jason Segel and Lucy Punch.

“With Justin, Molly and Eric, joining Cameron, Jason, Lucy and the rest of this dream comedy cast, we couldn’t be more excited about this movie. We love what we’ve seen of Justin’s performance in David Fincher’s ‘The Social Network’ and he is a perfect match for this role,” Doug Belgrad, co-president of Columbia Pictures said in a statement to Access.

The movie will start filming this month in Los Angeles.

Next up fans will see Justin on the big screen in “The Social Network,” a film about the rise of Facebook, which is slated to hit theaters on October 1.
