Khloe Kardashian Talks Keeping It ‘Fresh’ With Lamar & Pregnancy Plans: ‘I Hope Dallas Will Bring A Baby’

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have seemingly managed to retain the playfulness typical of newlyweds, even though they’ve been married for over two years.

So what’s the secret to making their love last?

“We keep it fresh by making each other a priority,” Khloe told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Friday’s Access Hollywood Live of her relationship with Lamar. “We still have our date nights… we’re not boring, we just like to have our one-on-one time, even if there’s not much to it.”

Though the reality couple has managed to outlast many Hollywood marriages so far, their courtship was far from lengthy.

“No one thought Lamar and I were going to last. I met him 30 days [before] the day I married him,” Khloe said. “But now, two-and-a-half years later, people are on our bandwagon, of course. But trust me, the people who are on our bandwagon now are the same people who were talking crap about us before, which I get. I totally understand.”

As for the pair’s recent relocation to Dallas (Lamar was traded to the Mavericks in December), the 27-year-old beauty said local Texans have made the move far more pleasant than she could’ve imagined.

“People in Dallas are so nice, so genuine,” she said. “I’ve had such an amazing warm welcome. It’s phenomenal being there.”

Additionally, the reality star said she and Lamar are still trying to expand their family – but no big news to report, yet.

“I am not pregnant… at the moment,” she said. “Everything happens for a reason. You never know.”

Adding, “I hope Dallas will bring a baby.”

Season 2 of “Khloe & Lamar” premieres on February 19 at 10/9c on E!
