Kristin Cavallari's Post-Baby Weight Loss Tips

Just two months after Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler welcomed their second son, Jaxon Wyatt Cutler, the 27-year-old mom has dropped 20 pounds.

She stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Friday and revealed just how she looks so great so soon after giving birth.

"I've been working out really hard. Those last five pounds are really stubborn. It's in your stomach," she told Billy Bush and guest co-host Meghan McCain. "You have to eat really well and workout."

Eating well for Kristin means scouring food labels.

"I don't put any toxic chemicals in my body. I'm a freak about reading the ingredients. I don't count calories, I just read what's in whatever I'm going to be putting in my mouth," she explained.

And she stays away from certain food groups.

"I stay away from dairy for the most part," she said. "I think that is the number one weight gainer. If you're going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy."

So does the star, who is also mom to 23-month-old son Camden Jack, think she and her Chicago Bears quarterback husband will have more kids?

"We probably have one more in us," she said with a smile. "But, I'm taking a two-year break though!"
