Larry Birkhead Granted DNA Test Over Dannielynn

Larry Birkhead could be one step closer to custody of Dannielynn, as a DNA test will take place tomorrow, Access Hollywood has learned.

The test will include Birkhead and Dannielynn, but not Howard K. Stern, according to our sources.

The decision comes following today’s latest custody hearing in the Bahamas.

Shortly after the hearing, Birkhead talked to Access Hollywood.

As he exited the courtroom, an exuberant Birkhead seemed ready to jump for joy.

“I had reason to jump,” he revealed to Access Hollywood. “It was a great day in court.”

While he couldn’t reveal specific details, he did speak about the mood inside the courtroom.

“It depends which side of the table you’re on,” he smiled.

Birkhead also revealed he will not be in court tomorrow, citing “other commitments” he must attend to.

Last week, when Birkhead sat down with Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts for an exclusive interview he was already feeling good about the pace of developments in the Bahamas.

“I feel really good. What seems like has taken months and months in California basically is going pretty quick here in the Bahamas. I feel good about that. I think good things are coming pretty soon,” Larry revealed.
