Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy & Linda Gray Heading Back To ‘Dallas’

Some of the biggest names in TV history are heading back to Southfork.

The original Ewings — Larry Hagman (J.R.), Patrick Duffy (Bobby) and Linda Gray (Sue Ellen) – have signed on to appear in the pilot reboot of “Dallas,” Access Hollywood has confirmed.

TNT announced the pilot of the new “Dallas” would feature the trio, who helped thrill America between 1978 and 1991, playing the high-living family from Southforth, Texas.

A host of young stars are also a part of the pilot, including Josh Henderson of “Desperate Housewives” and Jordana Brewster from “Fast & Furious,” and who TV fans know for playing Dr. Jill Roberts in NBC’s “Chuck.”

Josh will play John Ross, J.R.‘s son.

Jordana will play Elena, who becomes involved in a love triangle between John and his cousin – Christopher, the son of Bobby and Pam Ewing.

The new “Dallas” will focus on the Ewing offspring as they clash over the family dynasty, according to TNT.

No details were immediately available on when the new “Dallas” would air on the network.
