As Lindsay’s parents headed back to court to try and settle their divorce once and for all, mom Dina offered a brief update on her daughter while dad took a shot at Donald Trump and fended off some nasty allegations.
“Donald needs a new toupee,” Michael Lohan told Access Hollywood outside of the courthouse as he fired back at Trump’s advice for Lindsay to “get a new set of parents.”
Photographers swarmed Dina and Michael as they entered and exited the courthouse just footsteps away from each other.
“How is Lindsay doing?” the press yelled to her mom.
“Great,” Dina replied.
Meanwhile, Michael denied allegations made by a former bodyguard that he allowed Lindsay to drink at the age of 16 and physically abused her.
“There was never a claim of abuse. He was in our lives for maybe one year and he came into our lives when I was out of my family’s life, so I don’t know what he’s talking about,” Michael insisted.
As both parents left the courthouse, both parties seemed satisfied. However, no details were available as to whether a settlement was reached.
“Dina and I have put our best foot forward. It’s all about the kids now, not us,” Michael added.
Neither parent would comment on the whereabouts of Lindsay, who reportedly entered a rehab facility in Utah.
