Maggie Grace: Liam Neeson Is Protective Of Me Off Screen Too!

In “Taken” and its sequel, Liam Neeson’s character Kim goes to great lengths to protect his daughter, played by Maggie Grace, and the actress said his paternal nature continues off-screen also.

The 29-year-old stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Tuesday where she chatted with Billy Bush and Kit Hoover about her strong bond with the Irish actor.

“I just adore him,” she said of her onscreen dad. “He’s a little protective sometimes. He has actually met a couple of boyfriends in real life, between the first ‘Taken’ and this ‘Taken.’”

According to Maggie, Liam is not afraid to put a little fear in her suitors.

“He’s terrifying at first!” she explained. “He’s just like, ‘Who’s this guy? Who’s this joker?’”

And when it comes to her current dating situation, the big screen beauty is flying solo.

”[I’m] shockingly single!” the actress said, staying mum on the details of a recent breakup.

“Taken 2” hits theaters this Friday
