Man Arrested At Halle Berry’s Home For Allegedly Stalking

The man believed to have scaled the property wall of Halle Berry’s home over the weekend was arrested late Monday night, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Access that Richard Franco was arrested for alleged stalking at 11 PM at the actress’ West Hollywood, Calif., home.

Franco was taken into custody after two members of Berry’s private security team apprehended him.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, LAPD confirmed to Access that authorities were called to Berry’s home over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday after a man was found on the property.

During both weekend incidents, the man scaled the wall of the Berry’s home, was confronted by members of her staff and then fled the scene.

As of Tuesday morning, Franco remains in custody.
