“APB out for a cell phone in a wallet case out on the streets of NYC in a blizzard,” he Tweeted. “My driver’s license is in there.”

The “Avengers” star also offered a “reward and signed pic” for whomever returned his possessions, and fans quickly assembled to help.

Within minutes, Ruffalo announced that – to his amazement – the items had been already been located.

“That was freaking fast!” he Tweeted, giving a special shout-out to those who provided “all the tips” and assistance.

Later that afternoon, Ruffalo shared a sweet photo of himself smiling alongside the good Samaritans who came to his rescue.

“Thank Amenaide and Catherine Brown for finding my Phone and wallet!” he wrote, captioning a snap of the young girls (and their excited pup) posing with the grateful actor.

“Thanks Brown family for your decency,” he added.

It’s not the first time the internet community has done Ruffalo a solid.

In 2014, a Twitter user reached out to let the star know his wallet was found in a Chicago taxi.

“Thank you! Wow! Another point for the decency in people,” Ruffalo Tweeted back.
