Lisa Kudrow is teaming up with another one of her “Friends” in the next season of Showtime’s “Web Therapy.”
On Friday, the network confirmed it had ordered a third season of the series, and Matt LeBlanc (who currently stars in another Showtime series – “Episodes”) will make a guest appearance.
Previous “Friends” stars on “Web Therapy” have included Courteney Cox and David Schwimmer.
Other actors heading to Season 3 of the web-to-TV-series, include “Modern Family’s” Jesse Tyler Ferguson and big screen star Meg Ryan.
Lisa plays Dr. Fiona Wallis on the series, a woman who counsels people through brief sessions over the Internet.
“We’re shooting webisodes right now, and it’s just so much fun to do,” Lisa said in a statement. “These actors we get to play with are so inventive and nimble and funny. We’re beyond thrilled to get a third season on Showtime because it’s such a good fit.”
Season 3 of “Web Therapy” will air on Showtime in 2013.
