Mick Jagger Joins Taylor Swift On Stage For ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction’ Duet

Taylor Swift gave fans a little extra “Satisfaction” at her second Nashville concert on Saturday, when she welcomed a rock superstar to the stage.

Just one day after Taylor’s duet with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger teamed up with the pop princess at Music City’s Bridgestone Arena for a rendition of his band’s classic song, “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.”

Taylor let the performance speak mostly for itself on social media, Tweeting pictures with a simple “drops mic” caption and emoji. She was similarly concise on Instagram, writing, “Mick. Jagger. Nashville,” to accompany a shot of herself and the British icon strutting their stuff.

She may still be a little star-struck, but Taylor’s had time to get to know Mick before their most recent collaboration.

The “Bad Blood” singer cameoed during a Stones concert in 2013, joining Mick and the band in Chicago during their performance of 1964’s “As Tears Go By.” She told Access Hollywood at the time that the experience was “pretty much the best moment ever.”

“He’s so cool,” Taylor said of Mick. “The whole band, they’re so welcoming and wonderful and approachable, and all the things you hope your heroes would be.”

“Getting that phone call, like, ‘Hey, would you like to go and play with the Rolling Stones?’ Yes. That’s an immediate yes,” she added. “That is a bold, underlined, exclamation point, yes.”

Taylor’s “1989” World Tour picks back up on Monday in St. Louis.
