Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are headed down the aisle!
The 19-year-old star is set to wed “The Hunger Games” actor, 22, reps for the couple confirmed to People.
“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer said in a statement to the mag.
Liam reportedly proposed on May 31, giving Miley a Neil Lane 3.5-carat diamond ring.
The happy couple first met while starring in “The Last Song” in 2009.
Miley confirmed the news on Twitter, writing, “thank you for all the love today 🙂 I’m happy to share this news with you all. I feel like all my dreams are coming true. have a great day”
The star’s dad, Billy Ray, also Tweeted about the engagement, writing, “All I ever hoped for as a Daddy was to see my kids reach their dreams. To find happiness…peace of mind …and someday know… true love.”
On Tuesday, Miley Tweeted a slew of happy posts including, “I love you more today than yesterday but I love you less today than I will tomorrow,” and “life is beautiful.”
