Some teens complain about their dogs eating their homework, but if you’re Miley Cyrus, your dog eats your bling!
The newly engaged 19-year-old star opened about her four-legged furry friend, Ziggy, that she and fiance Liam Hemsworth co-parent.
“She’s a stubborn little b***h, that one,” Miley told Marie Claire’s September issue when asked about her English Bulldog, who she rescued.
“She doesn’t listen to me. She’s in love with Liam. She loves me when he’s gone, but she totally ate my diamonds on purpose. She was pooping them out all morning!” Miley told the mag.
As for her diamonds that didn’t end up in her dog’s mouth – her engagement ring – Miley said Liam did all the work picking out the ring.
“I had no input. We’d been kind of talking about [getting engaged], and I saw something like it online at one point and thought it was really pretty, but I usually wear rose gold. I just love that it’s old and has a story. And I’m happy because it doesn’t look like anything else I wear,” she said of her ring.
She also revealed that her fans shouldn’t expect to see her walk down the aisle for some time.
“Life is too short not to be with the person you want to be with,” she told the mag. “I don’t really care about the wedding or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we’ve made to each other. And we want to have a long engagement.”
