Molly Sims’ Fertility Smoothie Recipe

For the past 20 years, Molly Sims has been a force in the fashion world. But, over the last few years, she’s traded in her designer duds for mommy gear. She’s pregnant with her second child and offers some smart advice for moms and moms-to-be in her new health and beauty book, “Everyday Supermodel.” She shared on Access Hollywood Live her recipe for a nutrient-rich smoothie. She calls it the fertility smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup frozen berries
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 shots wheatgrass
  • 1/2 cup frozen acai berry
  • 1 tsp. mixed powdered greens
  • 1 tsp. maca root
  • 1/2 tsp. royal jelly
  • 1/2 tsp. bee pollen
  • 1 dosage liquid omegas

Directions:
Read dose/serving information on back of each product. Mix everything together in a blender. Use more or less milk to achieve a desired consistency. You can always add water as well for blendability.
