Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman have signed on for “Trespass,” Nu Image/Millennium Films announced on Wednesday.
The film will find both stars re-teaming with director Joel Schumacher, who previously worked with Cage on “8MM” and Kidman on “Batman Forever.”
“Trespass” will follow the pair as they play a husband and wife who are taken hostage, only to find that things are not as they seem.
The busy stars have a number of films on their respective plates in the interim, with Cage readying this summer’s “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” and the upcoming supernatural drama “Season of the Witch.” Kidman is set to star with Aaron Eckhart in the drama “Rabbit Hole” and alongside Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston in 2011-due romantic comedy “Just Go With It.”
