Paula Abdul & James Corden Recreate ‘Opposites Attract’ On ‘Late Late Show’

Things in common, there just ain’t a one – but when Paula Abdul and James Corden get together, they have nothin’ but fun!

The “So You Think You Can Dance” judge helped the British host launch a whole new level of ’90s nostalgia with a reenactment of her classic video “Opposites Attract” on Tuesday’s “Late Late Show.”

Paula joined James on stage for a surprise lip-sync duet of her Grammy-winning hit, and proved she hasn’t missed a beat since the song topped the charts 25 years ago.

The “Forever Your Girl” singer was a retro vision in her white, bell-bottomed jumpsuit, while James’ extensive stage experience helped him bring MC Skat Kat to life despite the weight of his furry feline costume.

Both performers nailed the original clip’s iconic dance moves that made Paula famous, and the number took an especially cozy turn as they took the playful lyrics literally and briefly snuggled in bed.
