Milano Tiramisu Recipe:
Ingredients:
¼ cup Cocoa
Powder
2 1/3 cup
Coffee/Espresso
½ cup Cardamaro
¼ cup Crème de
Cacao/ Kahlua / Tia Maria
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
5 Eggs
½ cup Granulated
Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
24 oz Mascarpone
30 Milano Cookies
¼ cup Cocoa
Powder
Instructions:
1. For the coffee syrup: Whish together
cocoa powder, hot coffee/espresso, liqueurs, and vanilla. Set aside.
2. For the mascarpone filling: Combine
eggs, sugar, and salt the bowl of a stand mixer, using a flexible spatula to
stir.
3. Place water in the bottom of a pot
to create a double boiler. Place mixing bowl over simmering water and cook egg
mixture, stirring constantly until mixture reaches 160 F.
4. Transfer to stand mixer and whip on
high speed until eggs are foamy and more the quadruple in size. Reduce speed to
medium and add mascarpone 1/4 cup at a time.
5. To assemble, dunk each Milano in the
coffee syrup, giving it a couple seconds to absorb the liquid, then place in
the bottom of a 7″ x 11″ baking dish, or in an individual cup.

Spread half the mascarpone filling on top, then repeat with remaining Milano and
filling.

To finish, gently sift remaining cocoa powder over top the tiramisu. Chill the
refrigerator for one hour before serving.
Goldfish Snack Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups Pepperidge Farm Goldfish
1 cup Pretzel Flats
1/3 cup Chocolate Chunks
1/3 cup Peanut Butter Chips
1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Cocoa Almonds
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
