Pregnant Snooki Reassures Fans: Even Sober, ‘I’m Still A Nut Job’

Rest assured, “Jersey Shore” fans – Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi will not be a boring mom.

Although we’ll be seeing a softer side of Snooki on her new reality show, “Snooki & JWoww,” the pregnant Princess of Poughkeepsie says abstaining from the Ron-Ron juice for the sake of her soon-to-arrive little one won’t usher in an era of snoozeville.

“You’re used to knowing me as the party girl, but on this show it’s about my pregnancy and real life and me, like, sober, you know? And I’m still a nut job,” Snooks told Access Hollywood at the “Snooki & JWoww” junket in New York City on Wednesday.

Though Snooki has pressed pause on her partying ways, the reality star said she doesn’t really miss that part of her life – that is, unless she’s in the midst of a raging bash.

“When it’s not around me, I really don’t care, I could care less. But when I see my friends party, you know, stuff like that, I want to play too,” she told Access. “So, if I see it, it sucks. Other than that, I mean, I really don’t care.”

And, in news that may shock some fans, the 24-year-old star doesn’t plan to return to partying, even after her little one is born.

“I think that’d be very trashy if I did that,” she said. “When you have a baby, it changes your entire life and of course I’m going to go out some nights and go out with my girls and have drinks, but, you know, your baby is your life now and I’m excited to be a mom!”

“Snooki & JWoww” premieres on Thursday, June 21 at 10 PM on MTV.
