Reese Witherspoon Reveals Hidden Hip-Hop Talent

Reese Witherspoon’s got more than just the bend-and-snap on lock.

The actress revealed a few hidden moves for a recent interview with Women’s Health.

“I am a bit of a hip-hop dancer,” the Tennessee native confessed. “That’s sort of a secret a lot of people don’t know.”

Reese, 39, graces the cover of the mag’s October issue, and said keeping active is a crucial part of her busy lifestyle.

As a Hollywood power player and mom of three, the Oscar winner said she’s “got a dance in my heart at all times” that also helps her stay in shape.

The “Wild” star is a loyal client of Body By Simone, a bi-coastal fitness studio that “incorporates dance, strength training and stretching.”

Convenience is also a factor. Perhaps most importantly, the routine presents a realistic option to accommodate Reese’s jet-setting schedule.

“It’s all in an hour, which is perfectly doable for me,” she told the mag, but went on to say that keeping exercise a top priority helps make it easier.

“Physical strength is important to me,” Reese added, saying that she also likes to mix it up with yoga, spin classes and a good, old-fashioned run.

Reese is a multi-tasker in her professional life, too. In addition to producing hit films like “Gone Girl” and “Wild” with her production company, Pacific Standard, she recently launched a new lifestyle brand, Draper James.

Reese told the mag that she wishes driven women like herself were given a more welcoming platform.

“How wonderful it would be for our culture not to see ambition as an ugly thing within a woman’s personality,” she said. “In our society, when we see women who want to succeed or who view themselves as leaders, it’s like ‘How arrogant!’ Well, I think it’s fantastic.”
