In her first interview since her October split from husband Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon isn’t holding anything back as she opened up in the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
The sexy and single Reese graces the cover of the magazine’s April issue.
Inside, she shows off her stylish and seductive side, as well as playful side to the cameras, as you can see from the photos.
Reese also talked about her post breakup makeover, which drew rave reviews on the Oscar red carpet.
“I felt like I looked different than I’ve ever looked,” Reese said. “I don’t know why, I just did.”
One big reason for the updated look: a collaboration with newly minted Nina Ricci designer Olivier Theyskens.
“I’ve used a stylist before, but these days I’m kind of just going with Olivier’s taste,” she says. “He said, ‘I see you in yellow,’ and who’s to question him? He’s such an artist. He has so much visual information in his head that he just channels it into his work and creates amazing things.”
And she also offered her outlook on life without her husband of 7 years.
“I look forward to my work. I love my children. At this time in my life, it’s about spending time with my kids, really connecting with my friends. I’m very lucky. I have a really great life,” she beamed.
The new issue of Harper’s Bazaar hits newsstands March 27.
