Hollywood’s Newest Adult!: Happy birthday to our favorite teen bride Courtney Stodden, who turns 18 today – thus, technically no longer making her our favorite underage bride, but still a Roll Call favorite nonetheless! And what did Courtney get for her big birthday? According to E! Online, her 51-year-old actor husband Doug Hutchison (of “Lost” and “The Green Mile” fame) gave his bride an Italian Greyhound named Dourtney (see how creative they got with the dog’s name?!) So what are Courtney’s thoughts as she looks back on her illustrious rocket to fame? “It has been the most beautiful time of my life and there’s more to come,” she told E!. We’d like to point out Courtney is now able to vote, enlist in the armed forces, buy a lottery ticket, gamble in Las Vegas and drink in numerous foreign countries. Roll Call is looking forward to lots of legal shenanigans from her!
Did Lady Gaga Slam Madonna?: When will there be peace with the pop stars? A new report from Britain’s The Mirror claims that Lady Gaga has reignited pop music’s biggest feud (or so the media would like to make it out to be). Gaga reportedly unleashed a barrage of F-bombs, supposedly referring to Madonna after she flashed her backside to the crowd (a possible ode to Madonna’s recent string of concert nudity moments) during a concert in Helsinki, Finland on Tuesday night. Roll Call wasn’t lucky enough to be on hand in Helsinki, so we’re unable to confirm the tone and intention behind the reported cuss-fest and bum-barring moment, but when are these two going to just record a duet together so we can put this story to rest?!?!
