Spice Up The Games!: The closing ceremony at the London Olympics will feature one of the county’s biggest pop groups, The Spice Girls! According to The Hollywood Reporter, all five women: Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), Melanie Brown (Scary Spice) and Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), will join George Michael, The Who, Take That and Jessie J to help close the games on August 12. The group might reportedly be playing their 1996 hit, “Wannabe.” But does this mean the Girls could be getting back together for a tour? “I don’t know about a comeback tour, but I loved being back with the girls,” Victoria said during a radio interview on RTE radio’s John Murray Show in England on Thursday. “We are very excited about the Olympics.”
