Sarah Jessica Parker Debuts ‘SATC’ Scent

“Sex and The City” fans can finally smell like Carrie Bradshaw! Sarah Jessica Parker has debuted a new scent, SJP NYC, based on her beloved character.

“I like the idea of creating a fragrance of everyone. I thought a lot about the idea of like when Carrie Bradshaw walks down a street,” Sarah told Access Hollywood recently when asked about her idea behind the new fragrance.

“I’m thrilled to have my initials with the initials of the city I love most in the world,” she added.

The scent contains notes of wild strawberry with gardenia and vanilla and comes in a bottle inspired by the Oscar de la Renta dress she wears in the scent’s ad campaign.

As for Carrie’s return to the big screen, Sarah said fans should get ready for quite a “caper!”

“The first movie was really about heartbreak and disappointment and triumphant and learning to be a grownup,” she explained. “And this movie is really is a caper, a romp. It’s really fun and filled with adventure.”

SJP NYC is currently available at Macy’s, starting at $35 for a 1-oz. spray and “Sex and The City 2” hits theaters on May 28.
